Hotel City Star - City Centre With Free Airport Pickup – A Favorite for Families in New Delhi

Hotel City Star provides a free airport pickup service using a driver who waits even if flights are delayed, as noted in guest reviews. The 24-hour front desk is staffed by multilingual personnel who can assist with currency exchange, locker storage, and tour desk bookings. Guests also have access to a business center with meeting facilities, a fitness center at no additional cost, and a sun terrace with outdoor furniture.

Each of the 35 air-conditioned rooms includes a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator with complimentary bottled water and snacks, and a private bathroom. Soundproof windows are installed in many rooms, allowing guests to sleep quietly despite the hotel's location on a busy street. Rooms are offered as Deluxe Double Rooms and Executive Twin Rooms, both with free airport pickup included.

The on-site rooftop restaurant serves Chinese, Indian, pizza, and barbecue grill cuisines, with a menu that includes special diet options for vegetarian and vegan guests. Complimentary breakfast is offered each morning as a buffet with both Indian and continental selections, including cook-to-order eggs and pancakes. The restaurant also provides 24-hour room service and can prepare packed lunches for early departures.

The hotel is located within walking distance of New Delhi Railway Station and close to the Airport Express Metro, providing direct access to Indira Gandhi International Airport, which is 16 km away. Major attractions such as Connaught Place, Jantar Mantar, and Red Fort are within a short auto-rickshaw ride from the property. The hotel can arrange car hire and public transport tickets, and offers paid airport drop-off shuttle services.

Hotel City Star offers a business center with fax and photocopying services, meeting and banquet facilities, and an ATM or cash machine located on site. Guests requiring allergy-free rooms can request them in advance, and the hotel is fully accessible by elevator to all floors. A 24-hour security system with CCTV cameras inside and outside the property and smoke alarms is in place throughout the building.
